Being out of thecountry and not being able to follow up on a regular basis was alwaysa concern for us, however we never once needed to chase you for anupdate or for general infromation - you kept us informed at everystage.

We are regular home-movers and have used many Estate Agents. The last time we moved we used Tydemans and found the service and professionalism excellent we are extremely glas we chose them again to market our property. Myles' knowledge of the market place is second to none and we trust his judgement implicitly.

The sales team are all very friendly and helpful but also extremely focussed and committed to completing the sale. They always return calls and chase items through when promised and keep the client updated at all times.

Estate agents get very bad press for obtaining "easy money" but this is definitely not the case with Tydemans they earned every penny of the fee for completing our sale and more!!(not that I am offering to pay more!!)

Just writing to enclose a testimonial of my appreciation of your work and service in selling my former property.

On receiving the initial valuation from Myles, although fully aware of the market drop in prices, I was somewhat disturbed by the reduced valuation as compared to two years previously, but more significantly as the smaller properties I was looking at downsizing to - did not seem to reflect the market drop!!!

However, the likely sale price was infact extremely close to the the initial figures discussed with Myles, despite further doom and gloom and falling prices by the time I decided to sell my home!

The marketing of the property was discussed at length as the impression of size and quality of the interior was not apparent from the exterior and kerb side, and compounded by the fact that I did not want a for sale board to be erected.

After a short marketing period and buoyant viewings, someone fell in love with my property, and especially the interiors, and a sale was finally agreed.

Then came the finding of a suitable property for me to buy!

I found everybody extremely accommodating to my limited viewing times-after 6pm in the week, and short notice at the weekends.

I would like to thank everyone for their professional, friendly and informed approach to all aspects of the valuation, marketing and sale of my home and their efforts in the choice of a new one, and have no hesitation in recommending Tydeman's Estate agents to anyone.

Many thanks for selling my house so quickly for me this year.  Please use this e-mail as a reference to show to new clients.

I first visited your shop in Lichfield and within 5 minutes of being there had an appointment made to view including a personalised letter to myself.  I found the shop very bright, busy and efficient.  Other estate agents could learn so much.

At my house visit, I believe I was well advised on price, what I needed to do and you showed good experience of the local market including reasons why properties did not sell.  You took a picture of the exterior and I was able to e-mail in a couple of interior shots myself.  The details were quickly finalised and our property was on the website within a few days of your visit.  Our first viewing came within 9 days of you visiting my house.  This person bought the property and made an offer 7 days later.  By the time Tydemans came out to put the for sale sign up you had to put a SOLD board up instead which amazed some of our neighbours, including those whose properties had been on the market for months.

Working in IT myself, I know that you do have systems that are very modern.  This coupled with your teams obvious efficiency means that I do not have to wish you the best of luck for the future, as you do not really need it.
