Record Level of Viewings in June

We had a busy June with viewings hitting a record month for this year so far. We have seen an increase in viewing figures by 33% against the same time last year.

It is a fact that more viewings will produce more sales, so we are confident that this will be the case for July. In previous years we have had very good sales figures in July & August, with July tending to be our best sales month each year.

There is a general feeling that the market is quiet over the summer months, but we can prove this wrong!!!

My advice is that if you want to sell in 2011, now is the time to be on the market to sell before the winter approaches. We look forward to assisting you with your move.
