GETTING IT RIGHT FIRST TIME

The first impression that any potential buyer has of your property, more so now, with the internet are the PHOTOGRAPHS of your home.

The main photograph normally is the one that the public first see, and this often shows how serious your estate agent is to attention to detail.

The basics are:

NO CARS/ VEHICLES ON DRIVE

You are selling 'your home', your most valuable asset! Not your cars!!

NO DUSTBINS/ Brown, black or recycling boxes

I appreciate we must do all we can to save the planet, but they need to be removed from view for the photo.

BLUE SKY

The good old British weather sometimes makes it hard to take a really exceptional photograph, but corny as it is a beautiful blue sky can make all the difference.

'ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS KEY'
