HOW WILL YOUR BUYER HEAR ABOUT YOUR HOME?

We have entered the time of year where there are fewer buyers around but the position they are in is usually better.

You may have seen that there are now more Sold boards around because many of the vendors have reduced their asking prices in a rush to sell and move before Christmas.

So although we are getting less new buyers registering on our mailing list, the majority of them are in a much better position and are able to proceed with a purchase immediately.

When we list you home for sale, it is vital we reach buyers before they go and put an offer in on the house around the corner!

As you can see, we prominently advertise properties in the local press, on numerous websites, send particulars in the post via snail mail, and phone everyone on the mailing list.
