We have been extremely busy over the last few weeks; with a combination of carrying out a lot more valuations, and March being our best sales month for some time, there is a general optimism in the market place. Alongside this, we have been preparing our new Barton under Needwood office which opens on Monday.
The new office will enable us to give properties in the villages between Lichfield and Burton on Trent bigger exposure, and any property that is situated within the John Taylor High Catchment area will be marketed at both the Lichfield and Barton under Needwood offices.
We are expecting the new office to also increase interest on our Lichfield properties, by generating more enquiries to our website.
It has been just over 5 years since we opened Tydemans of Lichfield, and we are confident that our new Barton office will be as successful as we have been in Lichfield.
We would also like to reassure our existing Lichfield clients, that we will still be practicing our usual hands on approach to marketing your property.
